They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Forensic Accounting to join and lead their team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee forensic accounting investigations related to business disputes, fraud, and financial misconduct.
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand their client base and market presence.
Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings, offering clear and compelling evidence based on thorough financial analysis.
Collaborate with legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive and accurate financial insights.
Mentor and manage a team of forensic accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in forensic accounting and dispute resolution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a related professional qualification (CPA, CFE, ACA, ACCA or other relevant certifications preferred).
Extensive experience in forensic accounting, with a strong focus on business disputes and litigation support.
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
Demonstrated experience in providing expert testimony in legal proceedings.
