Food Beverage Supervisor

As a Food & Beverage Superviso r you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver great hospitality across our Restaurant Sports Bar Lounge Bar Meeting Rooms and Event space.
Supervise daily food and beverage operations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinate staff schedules and manage shifts Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency Train and mentor new staff members Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organisation Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall success Skills Leadership Customer Service Team Management Inventory Management PointofSale Systems Health and Safety Compliance Conflict Resolution Effective Communication Qualifications : At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry Strong leadership and team management skills Exceptional customer service skills Proficiency in managing inventory and operating pointofsale systems Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle stressful situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of regulatory health and safety standards Remote Work : No Employment Type : Fulltime
