The role Our clients are looking for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead their clubhouse operations and oversee all aspects of F&B services.
While some evening work may be required for events, the core working hours are during the day, which could be particularly appealing to those seeking a more balanced schedule.

You will create a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere for members, their guests, and visitors, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

The person A passion for hospitality and impeccable service with experience in a management capacity in a similar role Proven leadership and team inspiration skills.
Experience of recruiting and training staff Comprehensive knowledge of statutory requirements, especially Health & Safety, licensing, and legal regulations.
Strong business acumen, including financial literacy and stock management.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in event management.
A positive and flexible approach to work (weekend and evening work will be required at times) The responsibilities Enhance the member experience, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable club atmosphere.
Manage financial aspects including cash and credit management, stock control, staffing budgets, and pricing Develop and implement strategic and budgetary plans in conjunction with the General Manager.
Identify and capitalise on opportunities to drive revenue and profit in line with established targets.
Lead, support, and motivate the team, setting an example of exceptional customer service.
Focus on staff development through ongoing training and mentorship, building a cohesive, fun, and high-performing team.
