FLT COUNTERBALANCE DRIVER MONDAY - FRIDAY: £12.00 PER HOUR People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance License to join our well-established client based in Rochdale.

Day to Day Duties As an FLT driver, your duties will involve but not be limited to: • Driving/Operating a Counterbalance Truck • Cutting on a band saw • Loading & Unloading trucks and containers using equipment provided in a safe and efficient manner • Moving and transporting stock into correct areas of the warehouse • Loading & loading vehicles and pallets • Receiving and unpacking incoming goods and taking inventories as required • Organising, wrapping, and securing stock ready for delivery • Stacking and stowing pallets away • Always adhering to health and safety regulations and promoting safe working environment • Checking the quality of incoming and outgoing goods • Clearing work area of any debris and keeping traffic routes clear of obstructions • Reporting faulty equipment, damage to racks and or other safety hazards to the supervisor Essential Skills • Valid Driving Licence • Valid Counterbalance Truck Licence • Good Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety • Punctuality and good time keeping skills • Strong Teamwork skills • Must be able to read and speak a certain level of English • Flexibility and ability to work overtime as and when required • Ability to work under pressure and in a challenging environment • Ability to pay close attention to details and adhere to deadlines Desirable Experience • Experience working within a warehouse environment would be beneficial Training • Full training provided for this role, and you will need to undergo an assessment Apply Apply today by clicking below TPBN1_UKTJ
