Immediate Need: Commercial Property Solicitor (3-5+ PQE) Manchester/Hybrid ?
My client based on the outskirts of Manchester are urgently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3-5 years PQE (or equivalent experience through CLIX) who can hit the ground running with a busy caseload.
The ideal candidate should be able to work autonomously on a wide range of property transactions including: Sales and purchases of industrial and small retail propertiesLease work for both Landlords and TenantsCommercial mortgage and refinance mattersCorporate assistance on transactional work If you're experienced, proactive, and ready to make an immediate impact, we need you sooner rather than later.
