Fixed Asset Manager

Fixed Asset Manager Global Accounting Network are currently exclusively partnered with a major player in the gaming industry based in Maidenhead to source a Fixed Asset Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your experience in Fixed Asset Management, manage a team and work exclusively on project-based, solution-focused work.
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the fixed asset portfolio to optimize financial and operational performance. Review and analyse monthly property financial statements. Responsible for the timely coordination, review and monitoring of reports prepared by property management to ensure conformance to operating budgets, management plans and regulations. Ensuring implementation and compliance with IFRS 16. Manage and maximize portfolio cash flow, ensuring compliance and managing risk. Monitor project activities regarding quality and cost control issues. Resolve related problems and concerns seeing projects through to completion. Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement new processes applying project management principles. Line manage two direct reports in the Fixed Asset Management team. Business partner across the business regarding the impact of the Fixed Assets on the P&L. Coordinate cross department issues, mutual projects and concerns with other department team members. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Accountant, through an audit scheme preferable. Proven experience in industry within fixed asset management. Strong, proven, IFRS 16 experience. An understanding of good process implementation. Must be able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Strong work ethic, organization skills and demonstrable attention to detail. Good report writing & presentation skills. Proven ability to communicate across all levels of a business.
