Fitness Manager - Luxury Health Club Progression into General Manager within 9-12 months Salary : £35k plus bonus plus PT income We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate Fitness Professional to take up the Fitness Manager position in this busy luxury health club.
This is an opportunity not to be missed for an experienced manager within the fitness industry, with a view to take the helm as club general manager within a year!
We are looking for candidates who have experience in working with a premium product, have a strong background in group ex and PT and are strong operationally you are ideally level 3 qualified and have previous experience of managing a PT programmes.
The Fitness Manager will report to the General Manager and is responsible for working alongside the other management team to ensure that the centre is offering a great service to its members.
The Role: Leading the team from the front Flexible Rota Understanding KPIs and targets, and the importance of engaging new members into our fitness and group exercise programmes Managing a group of high performing PTs Creating group class timetables.
