They specialise in bespoke new build housing sites ranging from 10-50 units.Job Duties: Oversee the finishing stage of construction projects on Northampton sitesEnsure quality standards are met and work is completed on scheduleCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teamsManage site health and safety proceduresReport progress to the Site ManagerExperience:Prior experience as a Finishing Foreman / Finishing Manager for a Housing Developer.Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of construction processesExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprintsGood problem-solving abilitiesWorking Conditions:Work on construction sites in various weather conditions.
