IMPROVING FUTURESAt Futures we're committed to providing our customers with the best service possible on our mission to deliver 'Great Places', 'Great Services' and 'Great Tomorrows'.We're really proud of our Repairs Team and their commitment our customers and we're now on the hunt for a special person to join the Daventry team as Multi Skilled Operative - Flooring.You'll find with us perfect platform to showcase your high quality work and the skills you've gained in your career so far in the building maintenance and construction industry, experience of flooring would be great but it's not a dealbreaker!You'll be a great communicator as you'll liaise with customers and Work Planners to ensure the high standard of flooring in our homes.To be considered you'll need to have: Minimum NVQ level 2 or City & Guilds or equivalent in CarpentryKnowledge and experience of Health & Safety issues relating to repairs & maintenance & construction trades. A full UK driving licenceYou'll have access to one of our company vans for visiting homes and you'll love the variety this role brings.

A few key points from our role profile: Minimise disruption to customers and ensure compliance with safe methods of working in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act, Building Regulations & FHG's Health, Safety and Environment Policy.Maintain effective communication with the Supervisory/ administration and management staff passing on information, concerns, and problems regarding any job.Attend pre-arranged responsive repair appointments to carry out work or contact customers directly to make access arrangements.Sounds like me, so what are you offering?
