The Company: ER Recruitment are working alongside a continuously expanding, innovative and highly respected Leicester based business.
The company are seeking a Finance Manager to support their Head of Finance on the day-to-day operations.
Role & Responsibilities of the Finance Manager: * Lead the month-end process to deliver timely financial close.
* Support in the preparation of management accounts, including reconciliation, posting journals, and reporting.
* Oversee the production of budgets and forecasts, providing critical insights and support to ensure ongoing accuracy and effectiveness.
* Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities to provide insights into financial performance.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while maintaining accurate financial records.
* Conduct regular reviews of financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with other departments to support organisational objectives through effective financial planning.
