The Company OM Search Consultants is delighted to be working with a highly acquisitive privately owned service & solutions business based in the Leicestershire region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a highly knowledgeable and people focussed Finance Director.
The role will involve interaction and managing relationships with all leaders and departments across a very energetic and thriving solutions business.
If you strongly believe that you could thrive with autonomy and ownership as a detailoriented accountant with a hands on approach seeking an exciting and varied role this could be the ideal next step for you.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Production of monthly management accounts for the Group entities ensuring integrity and accuracy.
Providing supporting commentary on areas of variance.
Monthly Group consolidation as the business continues to grow Work with the Finance Director on the production of annual budgets and subsequent reforecasts Supporting the Finance Director with future acquisitions Supporting senior management with MI reviewing business performance Oversee financial accounting balance sheet reconciliations bank reconciliations VAT returns etc.
Treasury management including foreign exchange management.
Day to day management of 4 finance assistants across the Group.
Ensuring all invoicing is processed in a timely and accurate manner in adherence with company policy etc.
Requirements The ideal candidate will be ambitious driven confident and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels to manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
Key Skills & Requirements ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Have strong technical accounting and reporting skills Commercially astute Experience in operating in a hands on and fully rounded accounting role.
