Your new role As Cost Controller, you will be an integral part of the business and will work closely with the Plant Manager and international cost controller on a range of responsibilities including: Ownership of the sites cost accounting - Periodic analysis of product margin deviation Margin Improvement Activities working closely with Key Account Managers Monitoring and updating cost update to ensure accurate labour and BOM costs Inventory Reporting - monthly reporting analysis and reconciliations Budget & Forecasting for the site in line with corporate guidelines What you'll need to succeed For this role you will need to be an experienced cost accountant with demonstrable experience in manufacturing.
Ideally, you will be robust in dealing with various stakeholders and comfortable handling change management.
Ideally, you will be qualified, though this isn't essential.
