GDi are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Finance Manager to join our team.
Key Activities and Accountabilities Monitor compliance with the company's financial regulations, introduce robust business systems which comply with the accounting requirements and meet the needs of the company.
Heading up the Finance Team overseeing the development and line managerial responsibilities for the team.
Oversee finance data, ensuring robust, scalable systems that align with business complexity.
Production and presentation of monthly management accounts, including identification and monitoring of key performance indicators.
Manage general ledger, accounts payable and receivable and project accounting, ensuring all transactions are recorded timely and accurately, which includes the monthly issuing of all sales invoices.
Supporting commercial processes such as pricing up proposals, and setting annual chargeability rates.
Production of annual reporting, liaising with accountants, auditors and other stakeholders as required.
Coordination and management of payroll in conjunction with the payroll provider, including pension submissions.
Liaising with Corporate Parent regarding financial planning and analysis, for the annual budget process and longer-term 5 year financial modelling.
Liaising with Corporate Parent regarding taxation compliance and where relevant planning.
Liaising with Corporate Parent regarding treasury management.
Essential Skills & Abilities Chartered Accountant – ACCA Qualified or CA Qualified Exceptional numerical and analytical skills Proven management track record Strong commercial awareness Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
