About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Accounting/Finance ERP Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role is based in Leicester and offers a flexible working environment, combining remote work, client site visits, and time in the office.
You will play a crucial role in supporting and optimising our clients' ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration of finance and accounting modules.
Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and support ERP solutions with a focus on finance and accounting modules.
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements, providing tailored solutions.
Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and improvements to enhance financial reporting and data accuracy.
Deliver training and ongoing support to users, ensuring they maximise the use of ERP systems.
Assist in project management activities related to ERP implementations and upgrades.
Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience working with ERP systems, particularly in accounting and finance environments.
Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, budgeting, and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
