Finance Broker - Asset Finance

We are actively recruiting for a Commercial Finance Broker Role to cover Edinburgh and Glasgow, this is an amazing opportunity to work for a leading and award winning Commercial Finance Brokerage.
The company are offering an excellent starting salary of Circa £45k-£75k and upwards with a great bonus structure which increases drastically when set targets are reached.

I am looking for previous Business Banking Managers, Relationship Managers/Directors, Commercial Finance Brokers who have determination, a hunter mentality and are ready to take the next serious step in their career.
You will be offered an 18 month training and support package upon starting, annual trips abroad, hybrid working and an outstanding OTE.

Attend and host networking events on a regular basis to drive the business brand and introduction levels.

· To achieve monthly net income goal by managing pipeline on a daily basis and driving deals to completion.

· Work closely with a dedicated assistant Commercial Manager to form a close-knit team to ensure clients need are met and outstanding customer service delivered.

· To carry out regular communication with brokers & client bank via Linked In, Twitter, Facebook etc and build a strong social media presence to compliment that of the companies.

· To develop and maintain an outstanding knowledge of commercial finance.
