The Finance Assistant will play a key role in supporting the finance team, working with multiple international entities, and contributing to the overall efficiency of financial operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage transactional entries for international entities (AP/AR/Bank), ensuring accuracy and timely processing - Handle payments and purchase invoices, including querying large or outdated invoices - Assist in the preparation of weekly service figures and the development of new reports - Support the sales invoicing process, including contract invoicing and service billing - Reconcile inter-company transactions and assist with month-end data for adjustments REQUIRED SKILLS The Finance Assistant will have the majority of the following experience: - Experience in accounts administration or a similar financial role - Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is beneficial but not essential - Experience in working with foreign currencies and multiple companies is desirable but not vital.
