Join our dynamic team as we continue to expand our presence in the Yorkshire finance market.The RoleAs a Finance & Accounting Recruitment Consultant, you'll partner with leading businesses across Leeds and Yorkshire to place finance professionals from newly qualified accountants to senior finance leaders.
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building and maintaining lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a pipeline of finance and accounting candidates through headhunting, networking, and referralsBuild strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies across various sectorsManage end-to-end recruitment process from job qualification to offer negotiationHit and exceed quarterly revenue targets through permanent and interim placementsContribute to business development initiatives to expand our client baseStay current with market trends in finance and accounting recruitment What We're Looking For Previous recruitment experience in a professional services sectorStrong commercial acumen and new business development skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesResults-driven mindset with high levels of self-motivationResilient and adaptable approach to workGraduate degree preferred but not essential What We Offer Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £50,000 - £80,000 in year oneComprehensive training and development programmeClear career progression path to senior consultant and management rolesModern office in central Leeds location25 days holiday + bank holidaysPrivate healthcare and pension schemeRegular team social events and incentivesHybrid working options available About UsWe are a specialist finance and accounting recruitment consultancy with an established presence in Yorkshire for over 20 years.
