As a File Checker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our advisors adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
This remote-based position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the UK, all while being a key player in our compliance team.
You will: Review and assess client files to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Provide detailed feedback and guidance to advisers on improving file quality and meeting compliance requirements.
Liaise with other members of the compliance team to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and best practices in the financial services industry.
You'll bring: Previous experience in a file checking or compliance role within financial services.
DipPFS Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
Strong understanding of FCA regulations and industry standards.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
Effective communication skills for providing clear and constructive feedback.
