The role and team: SenseOn is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing initiatives and support our sales efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B field marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing events, and aligning with sales to generate pipeline growth.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure regional objectives are met.
What you'll be doing:  Regional event strategy: Develop and execute field marketing strategies to support sales objectives and pipeline generation in targeted regions, targeting core ICP.
Campaign management: Support end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, and digital strategies.
Event coordination: Plan and manage regional trade shows, partner events, and sponsorships to maximise brand visibility.
Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with regional sales goals, providing valuable market insights and feedback.
Reporting & Analytics: Track and measure the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns using key performance metrics.
Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Requirements What you'll be doing:  Leading the organisation of events across the marketing calendar including webinars, roundtable and networking events, conferences and tradeshows Provide input and ideas for marketing strategies, activity plans and campaigns Website content management, adding blog posts, editing products and pages, changing banners Work closely with the SDR and Sales team on lead follow up and running performance reports Assisting with PR activities as required Coordinate promotional activities around key campaigns exhibitions and events Monitor the progress and performance of campaigns using various metrics Assisting with Search Engine Optimisation Organise the production of marketing assets, e.g.
graphics or video content Manage the marketing and enquiries inbox and respond as appropriate Manage social media channels – LinkedIn, X and Reddit Experience: 3+ years of field marketing experience in a technology-driven environment, preferably within cybersecurity or SaaS industries.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing regional marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
Flexibility to travel for events as needed.
