We are hiring for multiple shift patterns including weekdays and weekends.

Your Role As a Fan Support Co-ordinator you'll be the first line of support to our fans; offering a best-in-class service through a variety of contact channels.
You'll be part of an experienced and hard-working team, each of whom play an important role in resolving fan queries across a wide range of subjects from ticketing, memberships, stadium access, digital platforms and much more.

Your Impact Focus: Deliver a range of specialist operational activities, including the delivery of key tasks that enable wider operations to succeed.
Planning & organising: Provide operational support to specific functional areas, including co-ordination of own tasks, individually or as part of a team.
Daily/weekly timescales.
Comms & influence: Provision of information in a friendly and courteous manner in order to build professional relationships and promote a helpful and efficient operational service.
Delivery: Delivery is undertaken using recognised tools, systems, and processes; with role expected to provide change recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
Challenge: Varied operational workload, with individual actions largely reactive to requests and drawing from known choices and precedents to ensure business requirements are met.
Decision making: Outputs focused on the delivery of timely and accurate operational services, with latitude to determine sequence of delivery.
Managerial supervision directly available.
Impact: Acting as first-line operational responder, impact will be immediately delivered and felt at a local level.
What we are looking for Ability to embrace change.

Fan focused with exceptional customer sales & service skills.
Extremely well organised with the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
Good knowledge of standard operational procedures, processes, and relevant equipment.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team member and interact more widely.
Commutable to Manchester.
