National Law Firm Family Law Senior Associate 4-6PQE London My client advises both business and individuals on the full range of legal services and are seen as a compelling alternative to 'Big Law' for larger corporates and ambitious entrepreneurial businesses.
The firm are also noted for their exceptional family, private client, and personal injury practices.
The firm's award-winning Family Team handles all manner of private family matters covering family, child, relationship, and separation cases including pre-nuptial agreements to divorce and financial disputes and settlements.
The Family Team consists of 7 partners, 2 senior associates, 1 associate, 2 solicitors, 1 trainee, and 1 paralegal, many of whom are recognised for their exceptional capabilities by the Legal 500 and Chambers.
The team are looking to bolster their London Family practice with the addition of a 4-8PQE Associate.
As part of the role, the successful individual will be dealing with national and international matters including divorce, financial disputes, matrimonial arbitration/mediation, pre-nuptial agreements, child arrangement agreements, child abduction etc.
The individual will also be expected to support other Senior Associates and Partners on more complex matters as appropriate and be proactive in business development initiatives.
