You will handle a high quality privately funded caseload that will include divorce and financial remedy matters as well as children cases and injunctions. The role will also see you advise on surrogacy and cohabitee matters as well as pre and post nuptial agreements. The client base includes a number of high net worth individuals.What you'll need to succeed You should be an experienced family lawyer who has had wide ranging exposure to privately funded matirmonial matters.
