We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our vibrant Talent Management team at IPG Health Medical Communications.
If you are passionate about supporting people, navigating employee relations, and using data to drive impactful HR initiatives, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities: Advise and Support: Provide guidance to line managers on HR policies, employment legislation, performance management, and family rights, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Policy & Compliance: With support from senior HR colleagues, offer advice on policy application and ensure all employee relation matters are handled professionally and in line with legal standards.
Employee Relations: Get hands-on experience managing employee relation matters, supporting the team in resolving issues and promoting a positive work environment.
Employment Changes: Review, oversee, and advise on requests to change terms and conditions of employment, such as flexible working, and ensure decisions are well-documented and compliant.
Career & Feedback: Conduct career check-in meetings, providing valuable feedback to senior HR colleagues or line managers to support employee development.
Exit Processes: Conduct insightful exit interviews with departing employees, delivering feedback to managers and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Talent Management: Assist in the coordination and delivery of the annual talent management and performance review cycles.
What We're Looking For: CIPD Level 5 Qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Analytical skills and a keen eye for working with data to support HR decision-making.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach.
