Overview Everest People Solutions is recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Factory Manager for the PM shift at Salisbury Poultry.
This role focuses on bringing the team together to drive results and meet performance targets.
The facility is currently processing 1.2 million birds per week, with plans to increase to 2 million birds per week within the next 12-18 months.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the poultry or meat industry, with essential experience in UK retail operations.
Key Responsibilities : Team Leadership : Lead and manage the team, focusing on yield, quality, waste reduction, and performance management.
Operational Oversight : Supervise direct reports, including the QA Manager, two Production Managers, the Engineering Supervisor, and the Hygiene Manager.
