Facilities Operations Manager

Boden Group have partnered with a Global Facilities Management company to source an Operations Manager.
This is a great opportunity for the Operations Manager to join a new account, responsible for the Soft Service delivery on across a national portfolio.
Four sites across the Uk, one in Scotland and three in England.
Soft Service management, consisting of cleaning, and fleet cleaning Accountable for the financial and service performance of the contract.
We are looking to speak with leaders with experience in the Transport sector, the rail sector is preferred but other environments with be considered.
A strong leader, capable of influencing service teams.
A forward thinking leader, experienced in building strong customer relationships.
Hybrid working, open to candidates from all locations in the UK.
This is a great opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a new client account, still in its Transition stage this is a great opportunity to influence the service delivery pre Go Live.
