The Facilities Manager supports our Customer Experience team, by managing our nationwide property estate.
They ensure sites are managed, maintained and secure from purchase through to go live and beyond, ensuring revenue opportunities are maximised at all stages of the site lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities: The role is responsible for the following: Explore, develop and implement opportunities for revenue maximisation for sites pre-development.
Partner with all relevant parties, internally and externally, through-out the process of bringing real estate asset in to a live state Ensure day-to-day management of all sites within the estate to highest possible standards.
Manage the portfolio to ensure all property and sites within the estate are secure and maintained in line with relevant standards, implementing check processes and partnering with local suppliers, local authorities and third parties as required.
Partner and work with car park and ANPR operators as relevant to maximise site revenues.
Reporting and presentation of estate performance data against revenue and other relevant KPIs.
Monitor contractor/supplier performance and report findings to relevant internal teams; including finance and operations.
Implement and manage proactive maintenance work programs across the estate.
Manage estate budget in partnership with the Finance and Network Operations team.
Partnering with relevant parties internally and externally so users of sites, partners, local businesses and residents are communicated with effectively.
Managing complaints, working towards mutually agreeable outcomes, and ensuring issues and resolutions are logged in line with our customer satisfaction processes.
Maintaining relevant systems as required.
Following relevant company policies and procedures and complying with relevant legislation.
Outcome, Results and Key performance indicators: Hub estate revenue opportunities are maximised pre, during and post-development.
Pre-development revenue targets achieved across the estate.
Customer satisfaction scores.
