Facilities Helpdesk Scheduler

Who we are looking for A Facilities Helpdesk Scheduler, who will develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure a consistent and compliant approach is implemented for asset management.

You will assist the Facilities department by maintaining and using the helpdesk software, booking systems and various administrative duties required by the department.
In addition, you will allocate work to the relevant teams and support with general administrative tasks.

This position is on a full time basis and will require a flexible approach to working hours with a rolling rota of any five days from seven, including weekends and bank holidays.

Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience Experience of asset management using a CAFM System.
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, whilst maintaining high attention to detail.
Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Outlook.
Ability to communicate at all levels with strong customer service skills, whilst acting as a point of contact for Facilities and other internal departments.
Ability to work in a very dynamic environment with ever changing priorities.
Main Responsibilities Developing and implementing maintenance schedules.
Collating, verifying and uploading asset data into the CAFM system, linking to maintenance schedules.
Monitoring all mailboxes, CAFM and booking systems to support full time Business operations.
Supporting the Facilities department with administrative tasks.
Allocating pool vehicles, scheduling MOT's and services or repairs.
