Facilities Coordinator

Purpose Of Post: To undertake general facilities maintenance and domestic duties, ensuring defined housekeeping standards are achieved and maintained.
To support, as needed, the movement & storage of goods in a safe manner.
Key Tasks : To provide a safe, hygienic and tidy working environment within office, toilet & common areas of the facility.
To carry out minor repairs within the facility.
To carry routine preventative maintenance activities with cleaning equipment e.g clean filters Assist with external works.
Cover security (if required).
Assist with the transport and storage of goods (if required).
Undertake any other duties conductive with effective operation of this post.
Specification Education Attainments Job Experience Specialist Knowledge / Skills Disposition Circumstances Essential Basic education with literacy & numeric skills.
General labouring Industrial painting Industrial cleaning Good interpersonal skills.
Flexible Able and willing to work overtime if required Current driving license Good timekeeping and attendance records.
Desirable GCSE or equivalent Forklift Security Manual handling TPBN1_UKTJ
