We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Assistant to join our union.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our London office, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
What you will be doing: Oversee the London office daily operations, including opening and closing procedures Perform minor maintenance tasks to keep the office running smoothly Prepare for and support meetings, events, and other activities Serve as the primary receptionist, handling general queries over the phone and email Manage general office administration throughout the day What we are looking for: A team player, whilst also being able to work independently Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively Positive and enthusiastic approach Flexibility to work early starts and late finishes as needed Willingness to assist with physical tasks like lifting, moving, and basic furniture maintenance Occasional travel to other NAHT office spaces or event venues, including possible overnight stays If you're ready to join our union and take on a varied, fast-paced Facilities Assistant role, we want to hear from you.
