Fabrications Administrator/Estimator

We are one of the UK's leading suppliers of architectural aluminium profiles within the construction industry as well as being one of the UK's leading suppliers of waterproofing solutions, predominantly for flat roofs.
Due to our continued expansion and significant investment, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our existing team for a fulltime Fabrications Administrator/Estimator.
This is an office-based role in Poole, Dorset.
This is a permanent position offering an annual salary of £27,000.00.
Working hours: 39.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm / Fri 8.30am - 4.00pm   Key Responsibilities:   ·         To process and deal with new enquiries and sales orders received both internally and externally.
·         Establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers, suppliers and sales team at all times.
·         Obtaining quotes/prices from our suppliers when required.
·         Preparing and submitting quotations to our customers and/or sales team within a specified time frame.
·         Organising and arranging customer deliveries.
·         Processing and entering job costing information onto the system.
·         Processing and entering stock control movements.
·         Invoicing and helping with credit control when required.
·         Keeping our CRM system and project records up to date at all times.
·         Help with arranging machine servicing and/or maintenance when required.
·         Assisting the management team with business reports when required.
  Requirements Essential: ·         Excellent organisational skills.
·         Excellent communications skills.
·         Experience with Office 365 to included outlook and excel.
·         Good math ability.
·         CRM experience.
  Desired: ·         Able to understand technical and/or architectural drawings (not essential).
