Tops Day Nursery is looking for a Management Accountant to join our dynamic team, supporting financial decision-making and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare weekly forecasts and monthly management accounts.Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.Manage balance sheet control accounts and quarterly bank reports.Oversee VAT returns, National Statistics surveys, and annual budget preparation.Collaborate on the production of statutory accounts and compliance with financial standards.Support the continuous improvement of financial processes.Engage with B Corp standards, aligning financial management with our commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
Requirements: Qualifications: AATExperience: Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Sage50 experience preferred.Skills: Excellent communication, numeracy, organization, and time management.Personal Traits: Self-motivated, committed, and flexible with strong customer service skills.
