Job Description Job description \n Position: EYFS Teaching Assistant \n Location: Swaffham \n Start Date: ASAP \n Type: Long-term \n Step Teachers are working with a school in Swaffham to find a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant team in a long-term role .
This is an exciting full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young students!
\n EYFS Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities: \n \n Provide support to children within Early Years following the EYFS framework.
\n Plan and execute enriching activities to enhance student learning and development.
\n Cultivate positive relationships with the Class Teacher and other staff members.
\n Identify and address the additional support needs of students.
\n \n EYFS Teaching Assistant - Requirements: \n \n Previous experience in an Early Years setting within a mainstream school or private nursery.
\n A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
\n A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools/EYFS) is desirable but not essential \n SEN trained wound be essential.
