As External Resources Business Partner (ERBP) UK, you will be working extensively across the business, managing all elements of contingent workforce engagement across the UK business, with the primary aim of delivering contingent workers with the right experience at the right price to support Capgemini's internal business objectives.
You will be accountable for the sourcing, selecting and maintaining of contingent workers delivered by the offshore Group Procurement Service Delivery Centres. You will work in close cooperation with the external staffing partners, internal stakeholders and the offshore teams, driving the success of the service and responsible for the sourcing strategy, contracting and compliance of contingent workers.
Your ResponsibilitiesBe accountable for business intimacy in areas with high contractor demand (e.g. big accounts, bids).Understand business needs, transferring that knowledge between your internal stakeholders and Service Delivery operational team members, and ensuring fulfilment of roles according to SLAs.Coordinate the right level of service delivery from offshore teams.Be responsible for meeting business expectations regarding service delivery, problem resolution and priority management.Manage your supply base proactively, review new supplier requests, ensure it is fit for purpose and review supplier performance.Guide your internal and external stakeholders towards process and policy compliance.Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your RoleResponsible for ensuring the globally aligned target operating model is being implemented locally.Responsible for Group Procurement policy compliance in the UK e.g. reduction of named subcontractors, mitigation of inflationary impact, PSL compliance/coverage, Freelancer Gateway/Direct Sourcing increase.Responsible for ensuring a fit for purpose sourcing strategy is executed to select the right route to market to deliver quality, faster and competitive contingent workers at pace.Ensure correct capacity and support model within Service Delivery Centre operational teams to deliver SCSC services and external subcontractors to meet business demand.Support your internal stakeholders and Service Delivery Centre operational teams in understanding business needs and ensure they provide the right level of support and a seamless service.Engage with Business Unit and Account stakeholders around resource planning activities, possible new projects requiring contractors to be staffed and deliver bid support towards the acquisition of new business and securing additional revenue.Responsible for customer satisfaction of the internal SCSC for the dedicated Market Units and Accounts.Responsible for the local supply chain with your preferred or potential suppliers.Your Skills and ExperienceAt least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained on an MSP program.Good knowledge of IT profiles.Good commercial and negotiation skills.Convincing personality with a strong backbone to deliver results.Being pro-active and result-oriented.Ability to easily connect with people and build relationships with your internal and external partners.Work experience (at least 3 years) with multinational teams.Experience with SAP Fieldglass as our VMS system is a nice to have.Your Security ClearanceTo be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required. There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
