We have an exciting opportunity for a fabulous individual who is looking to take the step from corporate Hospitality into Reception within a flexible workspace portfolio.
As well as supporting six occupied buildings, we are looking for someone who can work with the Workplace Management Team to help mobilise our newest addition as we expand.

What's involved?
You will become part of a wonderful team in a beautiful, fast paced, professional environment.
This is an agile and active role as you will be required to move across all six buildings in the portfolio supporting events as well as the day-to-day operation.
You will be moving around welcoming, engaging, supporting and managing the space.
You will be responsible for creating a fantastic experience for all Members and their guests.
Flexibility, ownership and proactivity are cornerstones of the experience and you will be trained to wear many hats to support everything from reception, AV and meeting rooms to post and facilities.
Your role will be: Being the professional and vibrant ambassador for all customers, those who work there, those who pop-in, and those on the end of a phone or email.
Proactively manage whatever the day brings from meeting room and event management to maintenance assistance, being flexible to try anything new.
Taking ownership of the space including meeting rooms and event spaces, and break-out spaces working with the wider service partners for seamless delivery.
Building relationships with your customers and being curious about doing things smarter or better.
Supporting your colleagues and customers with events, experiences and ideas.
Finer Details:   £32, 000 pro rata 42.5 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday but with the flexibility to support evening events 25 days holiday Learning & development Career progression in a growing business Uniform
