Our client, a specialist lending company, is seeking an experienced Executive Support Manager to support the CEO and Chief of Staff, as well as manage a team of executive assistants across different teams.
Due to the nature of the role, we are seeking candidates from a financial services backgroun d, with demonstrable experience of a high volume and fast paced workload .
Please note, this role is 5 days a week in the office.
Duties of the Executive Support to CEO to include Producing documentation, such as agendas and papers, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements for team members where necessary Managing a team of Executive Assistants providing support and development opportunities.
You will be responsible for monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback to team members Coordinate and schedule private drivers for the CEO and assume responsibility for any issues or concerns related to transportation service Act as point of contact between CEO and stakeholders (internal and external) Providing support in the monitoring of engagements, keeping on top of correspondence and replies and accurately maintaining all records Requirements for the successful Executive Support to the CEO: Previous experience working in a EA / PA role within a corporate sec tor.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Strong organization and time-management skills, with excellent written English Ability to handle a high volume workload within a face paced environment.
