Create a training culture within the department.
Proactive cleaning management to ensure product is at its best at all times.
Implementation and management of stock control processes and procedures to ensure budgets are not exceeded.
Identify, implement & monitor new standards to enable service excellence Ensure all team members are enabled to deliver consistently excellent service Carry out checks on rooms and the Housekeeping team, along with offering training, and understanding of the product.
Keep the team focussed allowing them to evolve within the department Have effective communication within department and deal with any issues in a professional manner Be aware of all room statuses and follow up all queries Have an understanding of all hotel services.
Note any guest requests/ requirements and ensure these are actioned and followed up Proactive monitoring  and planning of proactive maintenance alongside the engineering department to ensure inventory is serviceable at all time.
Control all the operating costs within the department to the agreed budgets set Monitor & evaluate team performance & conduct probation reviews and PDPs Assist in recruitment and induction of new team members Participate or lead departmental & Section team meetings and/or training sessions The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of an Executive Housekeeper,  but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
What you'll bring Previous e xperience in a Leadership position within Housekeeping in a 5star Luxury environment High levels of energy, great organizational skills and team and time management Consistency in providing the luxury service to our guests  and your creativity to tackle daily adventures Motivational and inspirational individual for employees and team to perform at their best An understanding and experience in similar role with an exceptional service excellence       Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day.
As a Housekeeping Front Of House Manager you'll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly.
You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
English is the primary language used in our hotel.
You can comfortably communicate in this language.
