Executive Assistant to The Deputy Principal and Deputy Chief Executive - Whittingham Road Campus, Halesowen A great opportunity has arisen within the Executive Office supporting the Deputy Principal and Deputy Chief Executive.
We are looking for someone with a measured and calm approach, and proven experience of providing high quality work meeting demanding deadlines.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Executive Assistant, PA or high-level administrator who is able to work effectively with people across the organisation on many different levels including governors, staff and students.
With a professional approach you will be highly organised and confident to organise others, managing changing priorities and sometimes working under pressure.
A good communicator you must be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
It is vital that you have an aptitude for administration along with excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as being IT proficient (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Acting with confidentiality and discretion will be paramount, as this role requires access to highly sensitive college information.
