Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant Reports to: Line Manager Location: St. Albans Salary: £31k-34k per annum Type: Full time, Onsite Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in St. Albans.
Role Purpose Support the Senior team by delivering efficient and organised PA and administrative services.
Ensure smooth functioning of the office and act and manage meeting schedules, email handling, and resolve day-to-day issues independently to boost overall efficiency.
Primary Duties Manage office operations, coordinating closely with various teams to support day-to-day activities.
Organise and prioritize own work schedule to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Provide administrative support, including logging, filing, and organising important data.
Attend meetings to take minutes, follow up on action points, and maintain thorough records.
Handle diary management, email filtering, and calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Build familiarity with strategies to prepare presentations, reports, and analyze data effectively.
Requirements Able to start ASAP Experience managing schedules Relevant work experience in an office setting Attention to detail, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
