The team of around 400 are based out of stunning, well connected offices in the heart of the West End.
The successful candidate will be joining a close-knit team of around 50 EAs and PAs.As a whole, the company has been able to build a strong culture, with a low turnover rate, through their appreciation for their employees.

THE ROLE: The successful EA candidate will be joining a friendly, busy team, supporting 4 team members.
This opportunity will be busy, as the team works to pace.
Duties will include:Complex diary and meeting management, including last minute changesWorking effectively with executives on deliverablesCollaborating with a wider team of EAs on itineraries and roadshowsCoordinating international travel and itinerary planning across multiple time zonesMaintain internal database and CRMsAssist with the management of expense and invoices using internal systemsAd hoc project supportThe ideal executive assistant candidate should be proactive and committed, and enjoy working at pace.
The team is looking for an EA who is a team player with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
