Receptionist / Team Administrator

We require a full-time Receptionist / Team Administrator to start with immediate effect.
A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.
Our preferred candidate should have experience in the motor trade and have excellent interpersonal skills as well as being highly efficient in administration.
Responsibilities You will be meeting and greeting clients entering the showroom, providing refreshments as well as answering the phone and routing calls when necessary.
You will also be responsible for supporting sales and management with logistics and administration, for example booking cars in for services & MOTs as well as ordering parts, arranging transport and assisting with the management of our database.
Qualifications At least 2 years experience in the motor trade (luxury sector would be preferable) Excellent customer and client care service skills Able to cope with demanding customers and multi-tasking in a busy showroom environment Confident, friendly and an outgoing manner both over the phone and in-person Strong IT skills with attention to detail Enthusiasm to learn/improve skills Pro-active with a will-do attitude Ability to commute to and from the showroom (Banstead, Surrey) Passion for supercars is a bonus Salary - £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
Hours - 8:30am till 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
