Executive Assistant (Private Equity - Health Care Team) Location: Mayfair, London Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 plus excellent bonus, benefits, complimentary lunch, team socials, and annual company ski trip Languages: European languages are advantageous but not essential.
Are you an Executive Assistant with a strong background in Private Equity looking for a role supporting a dynamic Health Care team?
ISE Partners is seeking a dedicated, experienced EA to provide high-level support to Managing Directors and Associates within a thriving Private Equity firm in the heart of Mayfair.
This position is ideal for a professional with 5-10 years of direct Private Equity experience at a medium-sized firm, accustomed to handling extensive diary management, international travel, complex expenses, and ad hoc duties.
The role requires a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Calendar & Travel Management: Lead in scheduling meetings, conferences, and coordinating complex, international travel for team members.
Expense Reporting: Create detailed expense reports through Concur, handling receipts and expense reconciliation with accuracy.
Document Preparation & Management: Draft, edit, and manage documents, including meeting prep materials, PowerPoint presentations, correspondence, and more.
Client Interaction: Liaise professionally with internal and external clients on behalf of the team, representing the firm with high integrity.
Office & Project Support: Oversee general office duties, coordinate technology needs, and assist with off-hours projects as required.
Skills & Experience Required: 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in Private Equity.
Excellent organisational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Concur is a plus.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
