About the role This role would suit an individual who has proven C-Suite experience in multinational organisations, with a willingness to turn their hand at anything.
An interest in event organisation would be a nice fit, you will be working with the Chief Operating Officer who is responsible for Strategy, Transformation, Integration, Pricing, Legal and Global Technology teams.
You will need to flex your skills to support the wider team and be that connection for everyone and make the team hum.
Key responsibilities Diary management including scheduling and meeting preparation Light touch diary maintenance, travel bookings and expenses for the team Assist with coordination of internal events such as dinners/celebrations, company town halls, away days and conferences Produce reports, letters and presentations on software packages for various team members Deal with invoices and raising PO's Process cash and credit card expenses Take meeting minutes when required Provide holiday cover for other Executive Assistants Liaising and coordinating projects on the COO's behalf, both managing directly and / or acting as a conduit to gather information from others Carry out various ad hoc duties as and when necessary About you We are looking from a dynamic individual that is a quick thinking Brings new ideas and actions Be the team connection and insight for all on how they work better You enjoy the companies you have been at and look to spend the next 2-3 years in this role (if not longer!)
