We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior C-Suite Stakeholders.
This pivotal role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for senior stakeholders.
Serve as a primary point of contact between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation and follow-up of board meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
Support various projects and initiatives, providing logistical and administrative assistance as needed.
Foster positive relationships across the organization and with external partners.
Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a global organization.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
