We are working on an exciting temporary opportunity to work for a very well-known company which is also a parent company to some of the world's most well-known airlines.Coming in to support the Directors alongside a fantastic team of EAs, this is initially a temp role to cover holiday across the team but has so much opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
There are 6 Directors, and each EA looks after their own Directors, but it is very much a team environment where everyone supports each other.The business is thriving and are only becoming stronger and more strategic with their future strategic plans.These highly influential individuals are great to work for with genuine care for their employees and a warm atmosphere in the office.
No one seems to leave!Responsibilities include:Diary managementPotential inbox managementInternational travel management and trip managementOrganising weekly and monthly meetings, putting together strategic packs and distributingManaging relationships with external suppliersExpensesPutting together presentations and reportsI am looking for someone who can work at pace with conflicting demands, good under pressure and can work both reactively and proactively.
