We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Executive Team and CEO at HealthNet Homecare.

This pivotal role will involve managing the daily administrative tasks for the executive leadership, including diary management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and travel arrangements.
The successful candidate must be experienced in minute-taking, possess a strong understanding of financial terminology, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Additionally, this position requires occasional travel to London for Board meetings, typically on a monthly basis.
Main Responsibilities Diary Management: Effectively manage the diaries of the Executive Team and CEO, prioritising and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events to ensure efficient use of time.
Minute Taking: Attend Board and senior-level meetings, taking accurate minutes, summarising key discussions, and documenting action points.
A strong understanding of financial terminology and the ability to capture detailed financial discussions is essential.
Travel and Accommodation Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel for the Executive Team and CEO, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing comprehensive itineraries.
Expense Management: Collate and manage the Executive Team's expenses, ensuring that all receipts and claims are processed in accordance with company policy.
Meeting Coordination: Organise internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics (location, catering, equipment, etc.)
are in place, and prepare agendas and relevant documentation in advance.
General Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team, including preparing presentations, handling correspondence, and managing confidential information with discretion.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role, with strong minute-taking skills and experience supporting senior leadership teams.
A solid understanding of financial terminology, with the ability to capture and interpret financial discussions in minutes and other documents.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative to take ownership of tasks.
Ability to travel to London for Board meetings and other engagements (approximately once a month).
Desirable: Experience working within the healthcare sector or a related field.
Familiarity with software tools used for managing travel bookings, expenses, and meeting coordination.
