EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – PRIVATE EQUITY£40,000 - £45,000 + BONUS + BENEFITSCENTRAL LONDON + 2 DAYS WFHOur client is a highly regarded and market leading Private Equity firm based in beautiful central London offices.
They are looking for a confident Executive Assistant, with impeccable attention to detail, to support a centrally placed and client-facing team.

ROLE:Supporting a busy Human Resources team, who have internal reach across the entire company, in a highly organised and proactive fashionDiary management and scheduling – Thoughtful and proactive management required, with great EQ for pushbacksDocument preparation, reports, and presentationsForging strong working relationships with the entire internal EA networkTravel management – booking flights and hotels, and creating detailed and accurate itinerariesMonitoring projects – This will include liaising directly with various internal teams and building long-term professional relationshipsOrganising events in the UK and abroadCANDIDATE:Around 2-3 years of experience within a Team Assistant, Office Assistant or busy Administration roleExposure to Recruitment or HR would be beneficial but is not essential Exposure to the Private Equity or Boutique Finance industry is highly desirableAn excellent can-do attitude, desire to learn, and confidence to become an integral team member
