Job Overview As the Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of the firm.
This position offers a salary bracket of 25,000 - 40,000, depending on experience.
Here's what you'll be doing: Recruiting and onboarding new employees Managing executive diaries and scheduling meetings Monitoring performance and providing administrative support Handling confidential information with discretion Coordinating and organising events and travel arrangements Supporting HR functions and fostering a positive work environment Assisting with special projects and strategic initiatives Here are the skills you'll need: Passion for HR and long-term ambitions to develop in financial services Prior experience in HR is preferred Excellent English writing skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Work Permissions: You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
