Executive Assistant – Central London!
£70,000 Executive Assistant Salary: £70,000 Location: London I am working with a multi branded hospitality brand based in London who are recruiting for an EA!
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team in a leading hospitality business, supporting our CEO in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
They are looking for a proactive professional who thrives on challenging conventional approaches and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary contact for the CEO, managing correspondence, emails, and calls with discretion and efficiency.
• Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling and prioritizing meetings and appointments.
• Anticipate needs and prepare the CEO for engagements, ensuring seamless interactions with stakeholders.
• Drive completion of high-priority tasks and projects on behalf of the CEO.
• Record meeting minutes, compile reports, and prepare presentations to a high standard.
• Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes.
• Act as a trusted partner, anticipating the CEO's needs and contributing to key initiatives.
• Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Adaptable and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a PA/EA at the C-suite level.
