The firm is seeking an experienced Employment Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join their dynamic Thames Valley tax team.
This full-time, permanent role offers flexible working arrangements and significant opportunities for career progression.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with local tax partners and the national team to deliver a variety of employment tax services to a diverse range of clients, including owner-managed companies, quoted groups, and national charities.
The role encompasses both compliance and ad-hoc advisory projects, alongside business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Client Engagement : Identify opportunities to provide additional services such as corporate taxes, VAT, personal taxes, and corporate finance support.

Risk Management : Understand and manage various client risks, including reputational, operational, and credit risks.

Requirements ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification.
Extensive experience in employment tax compliance and advisory projects, coupled with a strong passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Proven ability to develop new business.
Technical expertise in areas such as employer compliance reviews, worker status assessments, due diligence, NIC and P11D reporting, expenses and benefit tax treatment, remuneration planning, and Construction Industry Scheme.
