Job Role: Event Marketing Campaigns Manager We are looking for a well-rounded, hit-the-ground-running marketer, to take ownership across a wide range of marketing disciplines.
You will execute and manage end-to-end event marketing activities to ensure the success of events, manage stakeholder communications, and oversee on-site logistics.
This role combines strategic planning, digital marketing, marketing automation, and on-site event execution to ensure a seamless event experience and effective stakeholder engagement.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will have ownership of the HubSpot email campaigns, organic LinkedIn campaigns, and event website management, working in a small but highly productive and friendly team, offering training and support to generate online registrations for your managed events.

https://hub-xchange.com/about-us Role & Responsibilities Digital Marketing · Marketing Campaign Operation: o Work with the Sales Team, uploading leads, managing data segmentation, and monitoring and reporting on data health.
o Manage the integration between marketing platforms, including HubSpot, ESPs, website, etc.
o Create automated workflow in HubSpot to ensure seamless operation for lead generation and conversion.
o Maintain and set up email accounts for team members.
o Track the campaign performance through tracked website and social media links.
· Email Campaign Marketing: o Writing and/or updating engaging email copy to generate and maximize delegate registrations and email execution using marketing automation tools.
o Setting up email campaigns on HubSpot, creating email sequences, workflows, and schedules, and customizing copy for targeted lists across varying stages of the email campaign.
o Monitoring email performance, reporting on email deliverability and health, and providing solutions to improve deliverability.
· Website & SEO Management: o Update event web pages, collaborating with other teams to track agenda changes, event information, and sponsor logos.
o Updating blog posts/articles with the latest industry news, feeding into the social media campaigns.
o Reporting on website traffic & SEO performance, using GA4, Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager etc.
· Social Media Campaigns: o Design visually impactful LinkedIn posts using Canva/AI.
o Write engaging copy to promote the event's agenda.
o Maintaining and updating the social media schedule.
o delegate registration tracker and budget reporting.
Event Preparation: · Create shared folders ahead of events for required onsite materials.
· Working with the Marketing Director to create onsite personalized agendas.
· Design and/or update onsite signage.
· Liaise with suppliers including printers and designers.
· Printing name badges, feedback forms, floor plans, agendas, etc.
· Create and update sponsor PDF materials.
Skills & Qualifications · Proven project management skills with experience in managing multiple events concurrently.
· Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Active Campaign etc), LinkedIn, Canva, and other digital marketing tools (GA4, Google Looker Studio).
· Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
· 1+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably within the Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech sectors.
· HubSpot expertise (CRM, Sales & Marketing) is required.
· Strong Excel skills, and confidence in recommending new tools and practices for growth.
